Overall, this monster is potentially garbage and should not be used ever in any type of PvP scenario, you might gain more from using older era monsters than this monster. Secondly, his trait is just awful with Stun and Blind Immunity! He also has no way of regaining stamina, as no Sword Relics so far replenish Stamina. For starters, all his damaging skills are Water, meaning that he gets walled by Water monsters such as Hidrorion, especially Water Tanks, like Snowgross and Clach. However, things starts to go downhill as there are quite a few things holding him back.
He has good stats, low stamina costs, and has nice buffs in Random Hater, Double Damage and Evasion, as well as having good raw damage output.
